POL Refresh is a utility for Windows 2000 Workstation and Server only! It will not work on any other versions of Windows. The refresh method utilized by POL Refresh is not available in other Microsoft operating systems. USAGE: If no command-line parameters are used, POL Refresh will force Windows 2000 to re-read and apply its policies immediately then exit. However, command-line parameters can be used to change, set or delete a specific registry value prior to initiating the Windows 2000 refresh sequence. COMMAND-LINE SYNTAX: The following syntax is required to successfully write changes to the registry. [HKLM] OR [HKCU][Path to Registry Key][Value Name][Value Data] - There cannot be spaces
between “][”.
